this buying site is amazing
I could not find my seller on your app. so I had to keep going back and forth from the app and the browser. She sent me messages that were no where to be found on the app, but I could track my order, that I had to order from the browser from her , on the app. you guys even sent me an email message telling me that you were sorry that someone else bought the item that I liked which was the item I bought from her. I was the one who bought the item but you guys told me that someone else about it.

This is an amazing sight that I have bought a lot of stuff from and I highly recommend people using it.
Banned me for using mercari local even though that's a feature in their app. Also they take a huge fee selling and on top of that, a $2 instant transaction fee.
Remeber They support Russia. horrible experience a terrible app they're very evil and malicious and they play games with people's lives I've been trying to use this app I've been trying to buy stuff on this app for a year and a 1/2 now every time I ask Customer service for help I get the running round they tell me billing has to help me every single time this is the 19th time and I've never once spoke to billing ever Time. I swear it's so evil somebody needs to get them back I'll teach you
I thought this was a good app but then my post office said they delivered a package that wasn't delivered yet qnd it was the weekend so before I could check the item out they gave a neutral review and released the money. The shirt was ripped and had stains in the arm pits. Thank you Mercari for my junk.

Updated. Customer service fixed it all and promptly! Thanks so much! Normally I like this app, but it has very recently changed and things on the screen do not line up properly. I can't seem to turn off smart pricing as there's no save button at the bottom and I can't scroll on the screen. I haven't been able to list anything. I did send an email through Help.
